Refund policy

Return Policy:

 Eligibility: We accept returns for most items within 14 days of delivery. To be  eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the  same condition as received. Some items, including final sale and custom orders, are  not eligible for return. 

 Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at  hello@themoodcollectives.co.za. Once approved, we’ll provide a return authorization  and instructions. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted. 

 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For defective  or damaged items, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Refund Policy:

 Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the  refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to  your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund  has been issued. 

 Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply to returned items.

 Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please  contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will arrange for a  replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.


Exchanges:

 Exchange Policy: We offer exchanges for items in the event of damage or defects. If  you need to exchange for a different item or size, we recommend placing a new order  and returning the original item.
